What We Offer

Our therapy groups are a small, intimate setting designed to bring you back into connection with yourself, your body, and a community of folks who are also healing from similar issues. It is to support your current work or help you better integrate the skills you have learned in therapy or in life.

Savor: Food Relationship Group

Savor supports folks healing their relationship with food. Together, we’ll move beyond shame, release restrictive rules, and rediscover food as a source of nourishment, joy, and connection.

What You’ll Experience:
We’ll explore body trust, intuitive eating, mindful eating practices, and compassionate ways to move beyond food guilt. You’ll be supported in rediscovering food as a source of connection and care—not control.

B. Liberated: Body Liberation Group

A group to support body image healing. Together we work towards healing from body shame and building body trust to better support lasting care and connection with your body.

What You’ll Experience:
Through reflection, gentle movement, and community dialogue, we’ll challenge cultural narratives, unpack shame, survival, and being “the strong one,” so that we can cultivate body trust. You’ll practice self-compassion and learn to honor your body as your home.
