EMDR Intensives for Heart-Led Leaders and Professionals
EMDR Intensives are designed for folks who are ready to step out of survival mode and into deeper, body-centered healing — without the constraints of weekly therapy.
These experiences combine trauma-focused EMDR therapy with somatic integration and intentional rest, helping you process what’s been heavy, reconnect with your body, and restore your nervous system — gently, sustainably, and at your own pace.
Go deeper in your healing.
What Is an EMDR Intensive?
An EMDR Intensive is a focused, extended therapy experience that allows you to go deeper, faster — without the rush of traditional 60-minute sessions.
Rather than spreading healing over months, you’ll spend dedicated time (ranging from 4 hours to 3 days) working one-on-one with your therapist in a trauma-informed, compassionate, and spacious container.
You’ll have time to:
Move beyond coping and address root patterns
Release chronic stress, perfectionism, and self-criticism
Heal long-standing wounds at the pace of your body
Integrate new insights and rest — without rushing to your next appointment
Our clients often describe intensives as “months of therapy in a few days” — not because they’re rushed, but because they’re deep, intentional, and uninterrupted.
